The Fanning Shoe is engineered with an updated TPU insole, high-rebound EVA foam and premium mesh uppers to deliver a world class fit and buttery cushioning all rolled up into a bold, 90’s-inspired silhouette. Of course, this wouldn’t be a Fanning if it didn’t come with one of the greatest footwear innovations of all time—Mick’s patented bottle opener built right into the outsole.

Reef Returns Process
1. COMPLETE RETURNS FORM
Please fill out the Returns Form that came with your order and tell us if you want an exchange or refund. Make sure to include the form in your parcel to expedite your return process.
2. PACK ITEM(S)
Please make sure your items are in their original condition with packaging intact. Enclose your completed returns form to avoid delay when they arrive at our warehouse. If you have misplaced the return slip we can email a new one, or alternatively please include your name, order number and your return preference on a piece of paper.
3. POST ITEMS
Postage Method 1 – Online Returns Portal
You can pay postage ($10.95 flat rate) and print your return label here — then attach it to your package or ask Australia Post to print it for you.
Return Method 2 – Australia Post
Simply take your package to the post office and send it back to:

4. Once your item(s) are received back at Reef, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. If you requested an exchange, your new order will be sent out at no charge within 2-3 business days of being received.
If you requested a refund, we will process the refund within 1-2 business days. Your bank may not reflect the refund for up to 3 days.

If you want to exchange your item quickly, it may be faster to request a refund and then place another order online for the new item.
We will only contact you if there is an issue such as your requested item is sold out.
