How do i return an order?
We accept exchanges and refunds on online purchases.
Return shipping is at the customers expense for exchanges and refunds. Reef will ship exchanges back to customers at no charge.
*Note - product must be in its original condition. Please add A4 return form included in your shipment with your return and leave instructions on the back to either refund or swap size.
Please contact our online customer service if an item is faulty or wrongly shipped.
